Removal

While there are a number of factors that are considered in the decision to remove a tree, they all fall under two distinct categories: A Problem Tree or Cosmetic Landscaping. A problem tree doesn’t just happen – it is the result of disease, poor health or poor maintenance. When that tree starts to die it becomes a risk and could cause additional damage to buildings or other trees and nearby structures. This makes it a problem tree, and the only remedy for this situation is the removal of the dead branches (otherwise known as tree pruning) and health treatment, with the elimination of the tree as the last resort. In the case of cosmetic landscaping a tree that provides shade in areas of your yard where you require sun, like in a garden, may need to be removed. Other trees that have grown too big and are now blocking a view or creating some other hazard in your property may be a candidate for removal.
